I’m very happy with the improvements in the apartments. The parking, lighting, and response time when there’s an issue have all gotten much better. I also want to give a special thanks to Paulette and her assistant. They are always kind, respectful, and helpful. Overall, I’m very grateful for the changes and happy with the management!

(Translated by Google) I want to highlight how wonderful it is to live in this residential complex. 🏡✨ It has a peaceful, pleasant, and family-friendly atmosphere. I really appreciate the security, the common areas, and the care that has been given to the spaces. There are always aspects to improve, as in any place, but overall I am very happy to live here and I thank those who work daily to maintain a good environment for everyone.

I'm having a good time. Leasing process was straight forward, apartment was given to me clean (now it's very clean), and things are quiet enough for me to sleep at 8PM like the old recluse I aspire to be.

(Translated by Google) Very nice apartments, clean, spacious, and beautiful. The area is very quiet, and the people here are very friendly. The maintenance staff is attentive and quickly resolves any issues. The laundry room is very spacious, and the pool is always clean. I highly recommend them. They also help you quickly get approved and assigned a unit. The rent isn't too expensive. 100% recommended. I had a really great experience with the office management team here, especially the office manager, Paulette and the assistant manager, Olania. They were all incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. My application was reviewed very quickly, and they kept everything moving smoothly, which made finding housing much less stressful for me. I truly appreciate how efficient and supportive the whole team was — it made a big difference during an important time. The apartment itself is wonderful, and I’m really happy living here. It feels comfortable, well-maintained, and like a place I can truly call home. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place!

The property looks nice, and most importantly, all the staff here are so amicable and helpful. They provide you with every detail you want to know about this apartment, and they let you feel welcomed. It's such a pity that I can't rent a unit here due to my company's policy, but I definitely recommend anyone who needs a home to schedule a visit. You will be satisfied with everything. Really appreciate the help of the staff, especially Olania and her manager.
