I'm having a good time. Leasing process was straight forward, apartment was given to me clean (now it's very clean), and things are quiet enough for me to sleep at 8PM like the old recluse I aspire to be.

Lived here for 10 years, and unfortunately I would not recommend this property to anyone. The complex has steadily declined, and management, especially the office manager, Paulina, has been extremely disappointing to deal with. After being a responsible, respectful tenant for an almost an entire decade, I was shocked to have my security deposit reduced with what I believe were unreasonable and unjustified charges. After 10 years, normal wear and tear should be expected, yet I was charged as if it wasn’t. It’s truly disappointing to be an exceptional tenant for so long and be treated this way at the end. Ten years of loyalty deserved far better.

I had a really great experience with the office management team here, especially the office manager, Paulette and the assistant manager, Olania. They were all incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. My application was reviewed very quickly, and they kept everything moving smoothly, which made finding housing much less stressful for me. I truly appreciate how efficient and supportive the whole team was — it made a big difference during an important time. The apartment itself is wonderful, and I’m really happy living here. It feels comfortable, well-maintained, and like a place I can truly call home. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place!

Will give honest thoughts about Stonebridge apartments as a former resident for 2+ years. Pointing out the positives, it is affordable. If you’re looking for a 2BR 1B, or 1BR 1B, the rate is a bit below market rates. In my opinion however, the area is not considered “safe”. While the area overall is safe for walking, car break-ins happen quite frequently. That backlot has been subjected to numerous breakins, with no follow up for any safety measures. Water shutdowns, elevator breakdowns, and roaches will appear in your apartment. That happened normally as we always received a “apologize for the inconvenience”; at first, I thought it didn’t happen often but it started happening frequently. Kids messing around, tampering with the boiler room. Not on Stonebridge’s part for other people messing around but it is an inconvenience for residents that stay there. You get what you pay for - that saying applies to this place. Overall, we had a decent time living there but these are things to be wary of when moving in.

When you move out they charge you for everything! When I mean everything I mean everything… even tho you leave the apartment spotless they’ll find a way to take half your deposit… stay away from this complex

Upstairs neighbor kids make all kinds of disruptive noise from running to jumping AFTER 10pm basically everyday, when brought up to the apartment manager she said she would talk them. I brought this issue up to her ant least 5 times and every time she said she would talk to them and that’s it, issues never resolved as the kids still do the same thing almost everyday. Another recent issues, this is happening as I’m writing this review, LOUD constant beeping noise all day everyday coming from another building right across my bedroom started about a month ago. There’s NO WAY the apartment manager is clueless about this as it is so DAMN LOUD and beeping nonstop all day!! Nothing is being done…. If you are thinking about renting here, do yourself a favor look for elsewhere and you will live a better life.
