The property looks nice, and most importantly, all the staff here are so amicable and helpful. They provide you with every detail you want to know about this apartment, and they let you feel welcomed. It's such a pity that I can't rent a unit here due to my company's policy, but I definitely recommend anyone who needs a home to schedule a visit. You will be satisfied with everything. Really appreciate the help of the staff, especially Olania and her manager.

Everything from the office, the environment and the community are very organized. Paulette and Olania where accomading and very patient with all of my questions.They are very knowledgeable with regard to the property,amenities,etc....

Obnoxious neighbors blasting their music in their apartments and cars. The office does nothing about my neighbor below smoking a cigarette under my window. Maintenance never replaces anything that’s broken and is always late. Not really dog friendly since the apartment complex does not have doggy poop bags around the complex like every other apartment does. There’s constantly a marijuana trail smell throughout the complex throughout the night and homeless people digging through the trash. The manager is always MIA and never in the office, the landscape is kept poorly with broken sprinklers and dog poop all over the floor.
