Apartments are kind of shady. Maintenance guy is a douche bag. He submits and bogus complaints on residents. Some of the residents says its his wife who doesn't work and just stays home and gossips. The maintenance guys sometimes smoking weed with his high school daughter and has the nerve to complain about noise when his family and other unauthorized people living in his place are playing loud music from day to night. His wife is a nosy heffa. And the lady working in the office is always sending letters out due to complaints he submits because there friends. When is this unseen corporate office going to take notice of this guys patterns. Its bad enough people are working hard to make rent and put food on the table and this ass is playing games. But everyone knows whats going on. I suppose that's the worse part of living here. Wonder if the corporate office knows he washes his car in the parking lot and all his assign parking are right in front of his apartment. Everyone has 1 carport and extra parking permit for second car. This guy has 2 carports and several permits for his family members. I want to kick his ass but don't have the money to move out.
